Nice to meet you! 👋 I'm Paulien, the founder of Kartoffel.
Over the years, my experience within innovation teams and as a team lead has shown me the incredible impact a psychologically safe space can have on a team. I've learned that I love to help teams open up to each other, dare to challenge each other and collaborate in new, constructive ways. There's nothing quite like watching a team come together and strive to achieve a shared vision.
I strongly believe that a high-performing team is something you must tackle together. Co-creative workshops and listening to all team members are at the core of what we do at Kartoffel.
When I'm not facilitating workshops, analysing data or working on to-the-point team roadmaps, you can usually find me curled up with my Kindle and my cat Lucifer. Or enjoying potatoes in any shape or form of course. 😉
